UPMC EXECUTIVE PAY IS SOARING TOO
- Retired CEO Jeffrey Romoff was paid almost $18 MILLION in 2023, even though he retired in 2021.
- Current CEO Leslie Davis was paid over $11 MILLION in 2023.

MEANWHILE, UPMC…
- Laid off at least 1,000 employees, including many longtime clinicians.
- Slashed hundreds of nurses’ wages by $13 an hour.
- Avoids paying millions in property taxes to communities throughout Pennsylvania, which are desperately needed for schools, roads, bridges and affordable housing.
- Cut services and closed hospitals throughout the Commonwealth, including the recent downgrading of the UPMC Altoona Trauma Center.
