Our Pittsburgh chapter is fighting for our homes, our jobs, and our environment. We’re fighting for a liveable Pittsburgh for all.

Current Campaigns

  • We are currently at the forefront of the fight to ensure UPMC pays its fair share.
  • For years, UPMC has gamed the system – claiming to be a “non-profit” while bringing in billions and not paying what they should in taxes.

Accomplishments

  • In Allegheny County, our supported candidates won two key positions, helping move Southwestern Pennsylvania forward.
  • Sara Innamorato became County Executive in 2023. Our team helped by knocking on 45,000 doors and making over 8,000 calls.
  • Summer Lee was elected to the U.S. House in 2022 and re-elected in 2024. For her campaigns, we knocked on 27,505 doors and made 55,825 calls.
