Current Campaigns

ECU renters campaign, no matter what we look like, or what part of town we call home, we all want to make things better for our families and future generations.
We are working towards a Right to Counsel Law that would provide tenants with free legal representation and counseling services during major housing eviction cases.

Accomplishments

Organized Erie to divest $1 million from the police budget and allocate $4.3 million to Roger Young Park and youth programs.
Worked with Erie’s Democratic Socialist Association (DSA) to organize a sit-in at the Erie library to protest the removal of a pride display.
Ran and elected Jasmine Flores to Erie City Council, Dr. Leatra Tate and Zakaria Sharif for Erie School Board, and endorsed Dr. Tyler Titus for Erie City Council.

Together we can stop the eviction crisis and tenants won’t have to face eviction alone!
